Obsah

Learning objective:

The course is taught individually in the form of a lecture series requiring continuous compulsory attendance The course content is linked to the dissertation topic. The lecture cycle is held in a 12-hour period. It is combined with literature study, discussion and consultation and includes independent assignments. It focuses on the main thematic and methodological aspect of the dissertation. The course concludes with an essay/practical assignment related to the dissertation.

Thematic headings:

They relate to the subject matter of the doctoral research itself so that the research topic itself is seen through the lens of of a broader disciplinary or interdisciplinary discourse. This can be historical and theoretical, pedagogical and applied disciplines and topics. The exact scope of the course is defined in the individual study plan.

Learning outcomes

The knowledge gained during the course will be directly applied in the dissertation, in its professional form. They help own the PhD student's topic into a broader framework, provide arguments for the interpretation of the material, form the basis for formulating a distinctive approach and solution to the dissertation, both in its theoretical and artistic parts. The PhD student defends the acquired knowledge before the discipline board, in particular by pointing out the relevance of the acquired to the actual subject of the theoretical or practical part of the dissertation. The doctoral candidate shall defend the relevance of the lectures given, especially in terms of a thorough study of special aspects of his/her own dissertation research.

All individual consultations can also take place online in the case of Dissertation and Doctoral Seminars, as well as in the case of Scientific and Artistic Activities. Especially in the case of combined form of studies.

Literatura

Jelikož se jedná o rámcový předmět, jehož konkrétní náplň je stanovena vždy nově ve vztahu ke konkrétní situaci doktoranda, portfolio studijních materiálů je proměnlivé.

Seminární práce na dané téma v rozsahu min. 10 NS.

Reflexe zadané literatury a dalších studijních úkolů.
