Modular, practically oriented course focused on the collective preparation of an exhibition for the 20th anniversary of the CAS department. Students will actively participate in working with the archival materials of the department, in researching its history and transformations, in formulating the content concept of the exhibition and in its production and technical realization, including the design and production of the architectural design. The course also includes the design, preparation and implementation of accompanying programmes (discussions, lectures, projections, performative formats). The course emphasizes teamwork, shared responsibility and the linking of theoretical reflection with practical implementation.

The annual exhibition will be held at the NTK Gallery and will run from 3 September to 3 October 2026. The exhibition will reflect on the transformations of audiovisual culture and CAS itself as a place of interdisciplinary dialogue at the border of cinema and visual arts. A curated selection of works and films will present the themes and approaches that have shaped the twenty-year history of the field, while offering examples of the most recent student work. The aim is to strengthen awareness of the importance of CAS in the development of contemporary audiovisual art and education, and to contextualize working with the moving image within theoretical reflection and cultural practice.
