Contents
Student continues in developing the diploma thesis with assigned advisor. Within 6th semester of the studies diploma thesis should be finished or near completion so student can approach state exam. During the course of the semester the student will give regular updates on progress made. One class will be devoted to making a presentation of the content of the thesis to the rest of the class. Part of the written thesis, at least one full chapter, (details given in class) must be submitted to the course instructor in order to pass the course.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the course students will:
- reach satisfactory stage of the diploma thesis which can be - with minor changes and after final polishing - printed and submitted at the state exam.

- Diploma thesis presentations at the end of Fall term (just before Spring term starts)
- Assigning the advisor of the Thesis
- Succesfull fulfilment of Thesis Mentorship 1

Evaluation methods and criteria
A passing grade is granted - upon confirming from the advisor - that the student has been consulting with the advisor on the thesis topic and evidence of completed work (additional chapter written since Thesis Mentorship 1) is presented. The student must also attend, without exception, a minimum of 50% of the classes, (more is expected), in order to receive credit, and in one class present a lecture on part of the thesis' content to other class participants.
